Fuel System: (GB/T23510-2009)Methanol. Amonge them,only methanol can be used when the ambient temperature is 16ºC .when the ambient temperature is lower than 16ºC,cold starting measures must be used at the same time during the starting stage,such as:water jacket heater,heating pot,etc,the engine water temperature can be started after rising to more than 25ºC .
Lubrication system:when the engine leaves the factory ,there is no lubricating oil,and lubricating oil should be added through the lubricating oil filler.The first filling volume is about 38 L,and the actual operation shall be subject to the scale of the dipstick.The engine must use methanol special lubricating oil for heavy load power transmission.The viscosity grade of lubricating oil shall be selected according to ambient temperature and service conditions.
Viscosity grade:
a) When the ambient temperature is above -20ºC, 10W-40 special lubricating oil for heavy load power transmission methanol is used,and 15W-40 special lubricating oil for heavy load power transmission methanol is allowed for bench test;
b)The ambient temperature is -20ºC ~-30ºC , and 5W-40 special lubricating oil for heavy load power transmission methanol is used;
c )When the ambient temperature is below -30ºC , 0W-40 special lubricating oil for heavy load power transmission methanol is used;
In use,0W-40 is allowed to replace 5W-40 and 10W-40,5W-40 to replace 10W-40 and 15W-40, 10W-40 to replace 15W-40.

5. 1 Mains float charger
BAC06A-24V Switching Battery Charger adopts the latest switching power supply device, specially designed for the charging characteristics of lead-acid batteries, and is suitable for long-term supplementary charging of lead-acid batteries (floating charging).The max charging current at 24V is 3A.
